THE EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT FOR REGISTRATION CLOSES ON APRIL 14TH, 2018.
In order to facilitate the smooth running of the conference ALL presenters are required to register by April 14th (Saturday) 2018. If any of the presenters listed on the proposal fails to register by the deadline, your presentation may be removed from the conference.
The registration is non-refundable for any reasons.
2) Certificate of participation
If you wish obtain a certificate of participation, please indicate so on the registration form. You will receive a copy at the time of the registration at the venue.
3) Letter of acceptance
If you wish to obtain a letter of acceptance, after completing the registration, write to <registration@@pll3-tokyo2018.
You will be notified of your slot in the program by the end of April.
The conference starts in the afternoon of Thursday June 7th and ends with lunch on Sunday June 10th.
Wifi will be available at the venue.
For Paper, Work-in-progress, and Symposium presentations
The rooms are equipped with a projector and a VGA cable.
Bring your own device (and a connector if a Mac)
Please prepare and bring a professionally printed B0-size portrait (W1033mm x L1456mm) poste
Pushpins will be provided at the venue.
Do not send your poster to the conference centre.
You will be advised of the time for putting up the poster when the schedule is confirmed.
6) Entry Visa to Japan
Note that PLL3 is unable to lend any assistance towards the application for visas. Participants from outside Japan should check the following government site http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_i
Please understand that PLL3 assumes no financial, legal or personal responsibilities for a conference attendee. The onus is on the attendee to arrange for their entry visa to Japan. Presenters, upon acceptance of their proposal, may request a letter from PLL3 stating their acceptance.
